Hartz Pest Control has been providing service to my house for many years, and I must say that today was a different and great experience. I always request the first appointment of the day so I can go to work right after. For the first time in all these years, the technician (Jake) was at my house at 7:30 am. In the past, there was always the excuse of traffic, but I was pleasantly surprised that he came in at the time I had requested. He was polite and professional.
