Hartz Pest Control is a family owned business that has proudly served Houston and the surrounding areas since 1989.  We pride ourselves on offering honest dependable service at an affordable cost.  Hartz Pest Control is small enough to care about your problems and big enough to provide the prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable service you deserve.  When you call our office, you will get a courteous knowledgeable professional who can assist you with your individual problem or concern.

Training and Experience Count

All of our pest control technicians and certified applicators are licensed through the Texas Department of Agriculture.  In order to earn the licenses they have met all of the classroom and on the job training required by the state.  In addition, our continuing education program assures every technician and certified applicator is up-to-date on changes in labels, new pest control technology, and new application techniques so that we can provide the best treatment possible with the least impact on the environment.

Industry Involvement

In order to keep up with changes in the industry, pest control products, label changes and changes in the law, we are also members of our industry’s associations, GHPCA, TPCA, and NPMA.  Tom Collier, our president, was the President of the GHPCA  in 2006 and has served on the board of the TPCA in various positions.
